“ We were visiting the area and stopped for a late lunch. This restaurant doesn't seem to close for the typical afternoon siesta hours and therefore draws people from all over the city looking for refreshments and food. It has a very cozy vibe outside where kids can play and adults can relax. For food we had the burger and chicken skewers. Both of which were a big serving and completely delicious! We also tried the fried cheese which was a very interesting flavor that could have been a dessert or a starter. The prices were excellent and service was friendly. I highly recommend this place and would definitely visit again! ”
“ We had a perfect lunch outside.—beautiful views and widely spaced tables in a quiet patio refuge. The staff was friendly and helped us choose the right amount of food- and also indulged our Spanish and assisted in English when needed. The sopa maroqui was a flavorful starter that two people easily shared. We also shared a vegetarian couscous and a chicken tagine and both were outstanding - the vegetables maintained their texture and the spicing was robust. Now I know that vegetable couscous can be delicious and textured and need not be mush! We finished it off with house made baklava and mint tea. ”
“ The salad with avocado and tomatoes was the best salad we have ever eaten. Moroccan soup was delicious. We even returned for another sangria, it was that delicious. 10/10 recommend. ”
“ Great courtyard that looks out over the hills. Food is excellent and my portion of couscous was *huge*. Adam did a great job, probably the most attentive service I had in Spain. ”
“ We had a very pleasant dinner at this restaurant, and it left a genuinely positive impression. We were welcomed with delicious olives, which set the tone nicely for the meal. For starters, we had baked goat cheese, croquettes, and Payoyo cheese – all fresh and well-seasoned. For the main course, we tried the chicken tahin, beef tahin, pastela, and beef skewers. Each dish was flavorful and offered something a bit different – definitely more interesting than your usual restaurant fare. To top it off, we were treated to a complimentary dessert from the restaurant, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout the evening. A very good spot for a relaxed evening and a taste of something a little different. Definitely worth a visit! ”
